Voici la copie du pourquoi de l'incident.

Bonjour,

Un incident réseau global sur le réseau Free a impacte partiellement
l'hébergement Dedibox de 00h13 a 2h40 environs, provoquant
l'indisponibilité de vos serveurs depuis de nombreux FAI.

L'incident est a présent résolu, nous vous prions de bien vouloir
accepter nos excuses pour l'éventuelle gène occasionnée.

Il s'agit du premier incident réseau impactant Dedibox dans sa globalité
depuis son lancement en Mai 2006.
Bien que totalement exceptionnel et independant de notre volonte, Dedibox
compte bien continuer a vous faire bénéficier du meilleur service
d'hébergement du marche, et assume totalement sa responsabilité et
honorera bien evidemment les SLA contractuellement prevues.
